Time For Design
Items you may wish to consider that can be themed to your design and colour scheme, include:
Save The Date:- Too early to send out Invitations, these cards inform guests of your important date.
Wedding Invitations/Evening Invitations/ Civil Partnerships:- Most important to communicate the wedding date, time and venue.
RSVP:- cards can be sent out with Invitations for guests to easily indicate their acceptance/regret.
Guest Information:- ( Joan personally created this idea and it has proved extremely popular) Any Information you wish to convey to your guests can be included in this booklet. Details of Church/ Venue, Directions, Parking, Taxis, Accommodation, Gift poem/Gift List etc.,
Order of Service:- This contains the chronological order of the ceremony, including any songs, prayers or readings. It is advisable to check with the vicar or registrar before printing.
Order of the Day:- For hotel etc. weddings. These can be made in the usual card format or a lovely idea is to have scrolls in a basket for Bridesmaids or Pageboys to hand out.
Place Cards/Table Numbers /Names:- These inform each guest of their specific position for the wedding breakfast.
Seating Plan:- A display of tables for the wedding breakfast to advise guests which table they are seated at.
Menu:- Couples may wish to place one/two Menus on each table.
Favors/Bookmarks:- some couples wish to give a memento to guests to commemorate their wedding day, various options are available.
Thank You:- It can be a good idea to order Thank You cards before the wedding especially if couples are going on honeymoon.
